Author’s Notes/Warnings:  Implied death of a major character.  Hankie warning.

********

They say that everyone has an identical twin somewhere in the world.  I saw Sandburg’s today across the parking lot as I was getting ready to leave.  He wore his hair the same way Sandburg did and even wore the same style of clothes.  I knew it wasn’t Sandburg, no matter how much I wanted it to be.

It took everything that I am not to become some weird psycho stalker and go up and hug the man that looked so much like my friend.  I almost had to handcuff myself to the steering wheel to stay in the truck.  I watched the man until long after he was gone, but I refrained from following him, barely.

Goodbye Blair’s twin.  I wish you a good life.

I eventually got myself under control and headed back to the loft.  It had ceased to be my home the day two years, two months, five days, and ten hours ago when Blair died.

The end

Author’s Notes/Warnings:  Implied death of a major character.  Hankie warning.  Based on real emotions.  This happened to me two days ago.  The man looked just like my brother who passed away in May 2008.  I wanted to go up and give him a hug so bad that it hurt.

Feedback is appreciated. Cheryl R.
